Penn State destroys Michigan 46-17. PSU's second-half surge showed just how good they are. They got the momentum in their favor and just pounded Michigan. We have to play with that much emotion next week against Ohio State to improve to 9-0.

Penn State is7-0 for the first time since 1999. They started off 9-0 at #2 and ended 9-3.
That won't happen this year we are coming off of a 48-7 win in Madison over the badgers. We play a poor Michigan team this week who lost to a terrible Toledo team last week. We will easily be 8-0 going into the horseshoe. The buckeyes haven't looked great this year and we should be able to get a win there.

Penn State played great and got a nice 38-24 win over #22 Illinois. Derrick Willliams stepped it up and Clark showed that he has a little bit of Michael Robinson in him.
Plus USC, Georgia, Florida, and Wisconsin losing helped us in the polls. We jumped Texas A&M and BYU to move up to #6.
It would've helped us Wisconsin had beat Michigan to stay ahead of us in the polls. That way when we go into Camp Randell in two weeks and beat down the badgers we would move further up in the polls (possibly into the top 5).
Michigan better kepp winning and move into the top 25 for when we beat them.
If Penn State plays to win instead of playing not to lose they should have no problem going undefeated.

Penn State looked very impressive in the first 4 games of the 2008 season. Sure they didn't play very good teams, but they looked very good. They defense needs to step it up a little though for the big ten. Next week should be an easy win over Illinois if we play smart and don't do anything stupid. There is no reason that we shouldn't be 6-0 going into Wisconsin.

That was an easy pick. However we scored more than i expected and gave up more points than i expected.

Penn State's first game is against Coastal Carolina on Aug. 30 at noon.
Not much to predict than a lot of points for one team and few (possibly 0) points for the other team.
Look for the Lions offense to dominate and their defense to, also dominate.
This won't be a Michigan vs App St. game.
Penn State will use this game to prepare for a closer Sep. 6 game vs Oregon St.
